Time2Track’s Activities List is a different way to view your activities.
It is just what it sounds like: Instead of viewing your activities in the Calendar, you can see them in a list.
Just by showing you your activities in this way, it allows us to provide some pretty powerful tools to work with your data.
Here are 5 ways you can use the Activities List:
1. Find specific activities.
Have you ever needed to locate a specific activity, but aren’t sure what day you did it?
With the Activities List, you can filter by date range, activity type, client, and much more so you can quickly find the activity you’re looking for.
2. Apply changes to groups of activities.
It’s not a good feeling when you realize you’re been logging activities to the wrong level or activity type for weeks or months.
But don’t worry, you can actually use the Activities List to bulk change groups of activities!
Just select the ones you want to change, then choose what you want to change them to. It’s that simple. Click here for detailed instructions.
3. Confirm groups of activities.
If you’re using the Recurring Activities features, chances are that you sometimes have to confirm lots of activities at one time. With the Activities List, you can confirm groups of activities at once without having to do it individually. Hooray!
4. View activities for a specific client.
In the Advanced Filtering options, you can choose to filter your Activities List by client.
Ever needed to see a list of activities for a specific client? Now you can!
5. Delete groups of activities.
(PROCEED WITH CAUTION)
As I cautiously write this, I feel like I may be kicking myself later for adding it to this list. BUT… if you ever find yourself in a situation where you’ve entered duplicates of activities or if you need to delete part of a recurring series, you can do it in the Activities List.
But BEWARE…once you delete there’s no going back.
If you want to start fresh with a shiny new Time2Track account, we recommend opening a second account, NOT deleting everything from your current account. You never know when you might need that info down the road. Just contact us and we can transfer your paid subscription.
