The new version of Time2Track is 100% compliant with the 2011-2012 AAPI. Along with the addition of several new activity types, one of the major changes is the ability to classify your Supervision experience by supervisor type.

To make this as easy as possible, we’ve replaced the old supervision activity types (Group Supervision, Peer Supervision/Consultation, and One-to-One Supervision) with the following new activity types:

  • Individual Supervision – Licensed Psychologist
  • Individual Supervision – Licensed Allied Mental Health Professional
  • Individual Supervision – Other (eg. peer to peer)
  • Group Supervision – Licensed Psychologist
  • Group Supervision – Licensed Allied Mental Health Professional
  • Group Supervision – Other (eg. peer to peer)

The “Other” category includes Peer Supervision or Advanced Graduate Research.

If you had an account in the original Time2Track, you may have activities classified by the old Supervision activity types. If so, you can go back and edit those activities in order to comply with APPIC’s new standards. However, if you decide not to change your past activities, you can still view all Supervision activity types in the AAPI view.

We’ll be releasing a bulk-editing tool in the near future to allow you to easily go back and change your supervision activities to meet the new standards. We’ll be announcing this new feature on Twitter, so be sure to follow us.
